Rather than relying on surface-level sentiment analysis or generic surveys, the Engine systematically maps narrative inputs against six structured diagnostic dimensions:
The environment and systemic pressures the issue is happening in.
Who's affected, and who's reporting or interpreting the issue.
The underlying pressure or problem behind the decision.
The response being considered or already tried.
What changed, or is expected to change.
How that result actually landed with the people involved.
The Engine compares your situation against a growing base of comparable cases, and separates what changed from how people actually felt about it, a distinction that matters, because a response can look successful on paper and still fail the people it was meant to help.
